Here ya go, this is looking southward at California and 12th Avenue. You can see the green light but that doesn’t necessarily mean anything ’cause what matters in California is what the driver faced upon entering the intersection.
And I’ll tell you, it must have been red, because a couple seconds before the above shot, I saw a green pedestrian signal allowing pedestrians to travel across 12th. So that means that this driver sailed though at least several seconds into the red for traffic on Cali. Bad form, Chrysler T&C driver.
(If you think you see drivers running reds “most” of the time, that means you don’t know what running a red light means. Sry. Also, Green Doesn’t Mean Go, in Cali, oh no. In this state, green means you can go only after other traffic has cleared the intersection. Until that time, you need to “yield,” as they say. IOW, green means go only after you let other traffic exit. Sry again. To reiterate, this particular minivan entered on a red, so any resulting accident would have been on this driver.)
